The element was discovered in 1898 by W. Ramsay and M.W. Travers. XENON (Xe) is a noble gas which is extracted as a by-product of air separation. As
XENON only makes up a very small percentage of air (0.0000086% vol) it is extremely expensive to extract. XENON
is a colorless and odorless, non-toxic, non-combustible and chemically inert noble gas. Due to its specific properties there is a wide range of application in many sectors.
APPLICATION:
- Light sector (incandescent lamps, arc-discharge headlamps etc.)
- Laser sector (e.g. Excimer Laser)
- Aerospace sector (ion propulsion)
- Medical sector (CT imaging, anaesthesia etc.)
- Others (fill gas component for plasma display panels (PDP), window insulating and many more
We supply high purity XENON
in 50 liters cylinders with various contents. Our guaranteed purity is 4.8 grade (99.998% vol).
We sell out our 10 liters cylinders stock (filled with 1000 liters each). Any reasonable offer is appreciated.
